How to claim your PF when you leave the job?

When you are eligible to claim PF?

1. When you superannuate from your job, you can claim your PF immediately. As per new amendment in February 2016, It can not be earlier than 58.
2. If you resign from your job, you have to wait for 60 days to claim your PF.
3. 60 days waiting period is not applicable, for the following: 

           - Those leaving for a foreign job,

           - Woman leaving job for marriage, pregnancy or child birth.

What form to use?

1. Form 19 for members to claim PF
2. Form 20 for legal heirs to claim PF, when member dies.
3. Form 10D to claim Pension
4. Form 5(IF) for claiming EDLI(Insurance) amount, when member dies while in service
5. Form 10C to claim withdrawal benefit/ Scheme certificate in Pension scheme
